November 21st clocks my 18th years anniversary developing Internet Village

it's been almost two decade since I started my Internet Village journey in The Gambia, aspiring to become a local internet hub for communities in Africa by being a lifelong companion to those seeking digital transformation.

I have written countless of Codes, books, blogs, articles, increased volumes about the ups and downs of my entrepreneurial journey.

The journey of the soul has been well-documented, as I've always been intentional about building in public, trusting my soul to the wilderness of The Gambia and Africa, knowing this perilous path was littered with the remnants of those before me, no less courageous or ambitious. Im just another one, a true story.

18 years of struggle, 99 Advisors with One Single Helper.

Only God is my Helper.

If not for God, how did I even make this far? where did time go!" This journey, seen through the eyes of the community, yet no one believed, rather they took my words and actions on a different perspective. Watching my beautiful self grow from an infant modeling in all my digital and physical promotions, shoot by myself has reminded me how long I've been running alone.

I achieved all my collection with Google, of my pre-entrepreneurial career from Banjul, Bakau, Bijilo, Manjai, and Tujereng, I can comfortably say, well done to myself.

Moving between these communities, I have witnessed many different aspects of life, a world where everyone seems busy, I continuously chased my dreams because I am the only believer of it. Faith is the cost of entrepreneurship that never appears on a pitch deck, especially for those of us who choose to uproot from the comforts of the West to build the hard way on the continent. Especially the Gambia 🇬🇲

In 2018, my company collapsed, Yet, in that moment of uncertainty, I realized a profound truth: I never realized the losses. My sense of security remained intact, firmly rooted in my status as "a never die" – a fact that reinforce with playful, happiness character.

Its 18 years, i have got amazing kids, it feels like my journey is just beginning. My spirit had never been stronger with battles, but also a deep sense of resilience, knowing that what I believe in has a place in The Gambia and Africa at large.

My belief in eternity is unshakable

I am also eternally grateful for those who inspired me along the journey, those who tried to understand my critical thought, my entrepreneurship skills should be a case study.

Finally, I want to remind everyone who is going through life, to offer more kindness and compassion, doing good with the grace of God to those entrepreneurs, daring greatly and uplifting others even when I receive no mentorship for free, I paid dearly.
